PND Support Groups

Support group for Mums

Taking up to 12 women at once, our support group is a safe space for mums with perinatal depression and anxiety to connect and acknowledge their struggles.

Facilitated by a mum who has experienced PND they learn a variety of self help techniques that enable them to take back control of their lives.

Police vetted volunteers are present at group to take care of the children while the mums are in group.

Referrals are essential for this group and can be made by a medical professional, family, friend or yourself by filling in this form.
